Please take some time to view a few of my projects. I have a passion for creativity and making a difference in people’s lives. Although I am not a graphic designer I do try my best to create graphics utilizing PowerPoint, Snagit and VYOND. I am cost conscious and utilize the tools I have or try to find free tools to use when needed. I do the same for any MP4s I use free music in my videos and ensure I am giving the appropriate credit to be able to use this content. My tool library consists of Microsoft Tools, SharePoint, Outlook, Camtasia, Snagit, VYOND, Articulate 360 Suite, RISE, TechSmith Video Review, Screencast, Audacity, Acapela, Lonely Screen, and Adobe Acrobat.

Tracking is an important factor too. I have published e-learning Scorm files for uploads into LMS (completed by another team). I also have been responsible for putting a LMS into place with a start-up venture where they had nothing in place. With this instance I used the RISE online LMS to track all of our training. This has been important with data analysis and report out of learners who have/have not completed training and supplying monthly reports to leadership regarding learner activities.
