What is the NEED?

In this tutorial, there was a need to train our clients on how to use our electronic health record system. This was one lesson in a course with additional lessons including HIPPA training. I was responsible for tracking and reporting to leadership the status of the learners as NO learner should have been taking any collections until this module was complete.

What Tools Were Used?

In this tutorial I wrote my own script, used my own voice over using Audacity and the animation was with VYOND, I also used Camtasia for the demonstration and the markers for each section.
