I am a creative individual who is detail oriented, using my problem solving skills, leadership, and my dedicated team personality to create engaging learning experiences directing learners to the point. I have created e-learning modules from soft skills, technical skills with engineering and scientists/laboratory personnel, compliance training, and much more. Having been part of a start up organization I have created a L&D department from ground up. I am competent in budgeting, data analysis, coaching, project management, the ADDIE/SAM processes for adult learning theories, and am a leader always looking for new ways to improve processes and being cost conscious.
